The City of Minneapolis is an exciting place to live, do business, and enjoy the scenic rural atmosphere of a growing suburban community.

The heart of our city is the arts. We have the largest performing arts community in the country outside of Los Angeles and New York. In fact, many Broadway shows are "test marketed" and polished here because of the proliferation of performance venues and our "fascination" with the performing arts.

Performance venues include the Guthrie Theater, the Historic State, Orpheum, and Pantages Theaters and Theater in the Round. There are many museums here including the Walker Center for Modern Art, the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, The Mill City Museum and a host of others. These venues are an easy drive from all the homes here.

Finally, there is the festivals near all our homes. Festivals run year round including the Minneapolis Aquatennial, Art-A-Whirl, The Uptown Metris Art Fair (one of the largest art fairs in the country), the Holidazzle Parade that runs all month long in December and the Twin Cities Marathon, the most beautiful marathon in the country.
