The City of Anoka:

 The City of Anoka is an exciting place to live, do business, and enjoy the scenic rural atmosphere of a growing suburban community.

The population was 18,076 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Anoka County. Anoka is also the self-proclaimed "Haloween Capital of the World", due to the fact that it hosted one of the first Halloween parades in 1920.
